Your involvement with Tree of Lives can begin today! Start with prayer….ask God to reveal His will and sharpen your burden for the less fortunate. Follow up by speaking to one of over 100 men and women who have ventured to Kenya on a Tree of Lives pilgrimage. Begin reading their blogs. Each is a wonderful snapshot of the Kenyan experience.

Consider donating your time and resources to one of the ongoing TOL programs. A Box of Love card will introduce you to either a needy student or a HIV+ child. Your gift will help their entire family.  A One Day of Pay contribution allows you to personally be a part of the fight to eradicate HIV/AIDS.  Learn about Cervical Cancer Screening or Pastoral counseling…both programs are supported by Tree of Lives….tell someone else.

Or, leave your comfort zone and discover the Call of Kenya. Join one of two groups that travel to Nazareth Hospital, one in the summer and the other in the fall. Each trip will be a learning experience discovering how Christ has called the Church to respond to the issues of AIDS and poverty. Your experiences will include Hospital rounds, visits to the Holy Family Center AIDS clinic, home visits with patients and families from HFC and of course time at the Joy Children’s Home. Each experience will help you to share God’s compassion with others.

Your life will be changed by your involvement with the mission of Tree of Lives. There is opportunity awaiting…..listen to the call!
